Wax On Wood : Encaustic Painting
A selection of paintings now for sale
I have also decided to now offer some of these smaller wax on wood pictures for sale and have added two into my shop here on Art In wax today : Buy Direct from Art In Wax. Delivery is free of charge in the UK. We are happy to ship world wide, for international orders please contact us for details, before ordering.
Currently the Sunflower and Lavender pictures are available via my shop, both are 4 x 4 inches in size, on sanded plywood panel, with a 20mm depth reinforced bracing on the back, the sides of the panel have not been painted.
These pictures are painted with layers of R & F Handmade Paints, wax paints and come with care of encaustic information as it is sold part cured.

Hi Hazel, I like them all that it would be hard to choose which one to buy, as the wax gives the pictures such a lovely texture and vibrancy in colour. The effects are even better close up as you can see the layers of wax which give the pictures a sense of movement. Julie
